The successful candidates will work as part of the Help Desk team and will be required to provide support to DFID users on a wide and varied range of IT issues. This ranges from the repair and maintenance of PC’s/Laptops, Printers and peripheral equipment to advising on problems with the full range of communications equipment including Videoconferencing facilities and the DFID telephone system.
