So, can I use my savings account with first bank to be receiving payment? Or do I need to open a dollar account with First Bank?

Do they pay into credit or debit cards ??

They can do wire transfer to your account but it will be applied at your bank's exchange rate, which may not be favorable. Alternatively, ask them to send you check and clear it through your bank but still at their same exchange rate.
