Don't trivialise the brigandage and evil that happens up North! I don't support beating police officers (criminals, that most are) but you've got to admit that the police are more docile up North!!! More so, crime reportage up North is very low (perhaps to shield the truth??) and it has been a tradition to demonise other parts of the country! Enough is enough!
