U are doomed, mind the kind of Vocabs u use in inappropriate time.

Well there's still fuel where I am in Enugu, still 180 per litre

Nigeria is doomed. I guess you're a Nigerian? So you're doomed if things continue this way. Period.

As for availability... You may be right. On Saturday it was available in awka. Today it's not. Maybe by tomorrow it won't be available in Enugu anymore. Maybe not. Either way, just hope for the best.

The North isn't really feeling the scarcity, but if we continue like this it may begin to bite. There is no point bragging when the danger is imminent. It would be very easy for your leaders to exploit you while you keep bragging about imaginary prowess.

I heard it's now N120-N150/litre in Birnin-Kebbi and Zamfara. Hopefully this madness stops before it worsens or becomes scarce.

Hoarding? Can you prove that? Have you inspected their tanks? What you can hoarding is scarcity to the common man. Scarce is scarce.
don't know what you are talking about,so because you didn't see fuel in onitsha means there's is fuel scarcity in the east now.Bought @150 per liter in the morning(owerri) and it didn't take me 30mins am outa de place. And another thing is that is good not to hide your identity no matter what by claiming you are from this place while in the real essence of it you are just living there.

So you are confirming on this forum that your uncle is part of the problem of Nigeria? And his station is named Jefrics Petrol Station?

Boy go back and read the original thread. Don't come here making wild accusations. I based my post on what I read being said by many in a post yesterday, on my personal experience this morning and on the personal experiences of other close friends in awka and asaba. If there is fuel in your place then that's great, I wouldn't dispute that.

As for where I'm from... Make your own conclusions. If you even like take me a Burundian. That's your business.

At OP, why does your title sound like you are happy the fuel scarcity is gradually reaching the East?

Lols
Good question.
I said it on Sunday, that if this strike continues...situation would go from bad to worse in SE.

They all hopped on my comment.
Ever ready to type a 'trilogy' stating law of comparative economics for me.

Artificial scarcity was the watchword.
I felt like time travelling back to Economic class in secondary school, at least that would avail me the opportunity of finding out the causes of INFLATION, (since they said there is only inflation_ no scarcity) and the longrun effect of inflation.

If the common man, can't get his desired goods conveniently and at a reasonable price, it's safe to say there is scarcity.

Honestly this issue of calling out on the igbos everyday online is becoming increasingly worrisome. I wonder how a guy who is supposed to be busy with his life is scavenging round the internet looking for stories related to the igbos. I find it absurd and it lends credence to the fact that this country will be a helluva lonely and bored place without the igbos you so love to hate.

Just yesterday most south easterners were boasting that we would not experience scarcity. Many Noelle names were mentioned. Others bragged that we have hundreds of illegal refineries therefore scarcity would never hit us. Many said we were all so hard working and industries and had the brain to change water into fuel.

Fast forward to this morning. Awka capital of Anambra. I bought fuel two days ago at 140 per litre. Also two days ago half the filling stations in awka had fuel do I can understand why many of us developed that false sense of security. This morning I went out to buy real...

All those stations were closed down. There was just no fuel. It took me a thirty minutes drive round the city to find fuel. I finally found it close to the anambra/Enugu border. The queue was massive.

And the cost? 170 per. Relatively cheaper you'd say... Across the road another station was selling but at 200 per. I got a frantic call from a friend who told me he bought for 250 in some village off Awka. He had to travel all the way to that village to get fuel.

I asked a friend in asaba. He said they now buy for 240 but it's so damn hard to get.

Scarcity is hitting all of us. We in the South East should not brag about immunity. We are all doomed.

Which previous posts? Faith? This thread is not about religion. Religion has nothing to do with this economic meltdown. Heritage? Well it's my heritage. What's yours? Illegal refineries? I didn't say that. Someone else did.

My uncle has a petrol station.he's not an independent marketer or own a Depot.but they has a union that guide their operations (NUPENG n Co.)he can't sell when they v been ordered to close down otherwise his station ll be sealed. the crisis we r facing was caused by independent marketer who decided during their last meeting to shut down Depots n stop loading n disturbing PMS through out d country . Get ur facts correctly. U haters ll always look for slight opportunity to criticise n insult ur betters.

I want to understand something, why is it that news from southeast makes wave in This forum?. Does it mean that other tribes especially yorubas envy Igbos or could it be that the are afraid of the Igbo man or better still look up to them. seriously, the last time I checked, it was the inferior that criticize the superior. please let's be civilize for once.

When GEJ explained to Nigerians during his campaign that fuel queues had been averted during most of his tenure, they didn't fathom what he meant. Now he is out and the majority of the marketers supported the opposition during the elections. Now Nigerians will for once be grateful after this. Protests wont bring fuel but money, which I believe Nigeria does not have.

#diehardPDP
u kinda upsidedown, ur reasoning with ur yansh while $h!t falls out of ur mouth..

All these rubbish is happening UNDER the nose of GEJ while he's STILL very much in power. You almost wanna blame APC and buhari for this right? You TANoids are so impossible! dammit!!!! shocked
