On and on, I had to format my system. it didn't shortcut for a while until last week. I use avast 2015 at the moment and I'm so frustrated. Please Help!

Possibility you may need to re-install your OS

Check inside your control panel, then look for program and you will see all what you have installed their, then you will unstalled it and try to install it back.

Give it to engineer for servicing of keyboard' if does not work then you will need to change it completely......
