Good day everyone, i bought a new universal 3G usb modem but whenever i plug it and start browsing my laptop will automatically shut down and restart itself. The automatic shut down and restarting happens on when i plug the modem though i have scanned the modem to be virus free. Please what could be the problem and the way out? Thanks for the anticipated contribution |
