WHY GIVE JUST 20%?

Well, so that the 20% can become worthwhile.
A business needs to grow and the faster it grows, the better for the investor. 20% of gross profit leaves more funds in the business so that expansion will not require any extraordinary effort, financially.

20% of 1 million is 200 thousand but the same 20% becomes 2 million, 20 million etc as the business is allowed to grow.

I am in this for the long term and that's where the money is.
