Role – The job owner shall be responsible for the operational management of the Accounting system, Budgeting, Planning and Budgetary control across the organization.

Job Requirement
· A well detailed individual is required to fill this role
· Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Accounting with ACA
· Prior related experience
· Good knowledge of Excel and Peachtree Accounting software
· Minimum of 5 years work experience.

Financial Analyst.

Role – The job owner shall be responsible for analyzing prices for all procurement activities related to the business function of Cityscape.

Job Requirement
· A first degree holder with qualification in a numeric discipline.
· Prior banking experience. (still working in a bank or has left)
· Minimum of 4 years work experience
· The ideal candidate must be very sharp and articulate.

Marketer- Public sector.

Role – The job owner shall be responsible for marketing the offerings of the company to highly placed clients especially in the northern part of the country.

Job Requirement
· A first degree in any technical discipline. Post graduate diploma will be a definite advantage.
· A technical person in the building sector with sales competence
· Possession of good presentation and communication skills.
· The ideal candidate must be pro active and intelligent
· Confident individual with no self restriction to relate with top government officials
· A northerner is most preferred for this position
· Minimum of 4 years work experience.
