Una dey talk sha col or no col..the president has d right to appoint who so ever or any rank even a cp of a police as adc.obasanjo adc was a brigadier general...jonathan adc putting on a green beret signifies his a combantant or infantry soldier while the buhari adc works in a professional field in the military or in d military police.military beret signifies d field...we have green,red and blue some colors I can't say |
