I think the only thing Nigeria need now is good, cheap, steady electricity... With steady Electricity Nigeria can:

Reduce Unemployment:
more companies will invest in Nigeria and employ the youth thereby reducing insecurity; most young people will be employed and won't have the time to steal, join terror groups etc

Generate Revenue:
with more companies opening up revenue generated from taxes paid by the companies Will increase, the govt. Will have enough to build infrastructure

Reduce imports:
Productivity of the country will increase, we will import less, export more which will improve the currency and the economy in general

Improve standards of living:
companies will be able to pay workers higher because they will spend less on fueling generators, so people will have enough to spend.

Nigerians are still very productive and strong even with poor electricity. Nigeria will become one of the most powerful country on earth with steady electricity.

NOTE: this is my opinion
