Job Position: Factory Production Supervisor

1 Exercising full operational control over all process and procedures that occur in the factory
2 Ensuring product are produced timely and meet laid down quality and standard and controls
3 Maintaining safe and clean work environment in compliance with established policy and procedures
4 Keeping the plant facilities and the company equipment in top operating conditions
5 Supervising and managing the performance of subordinates and identify training needs when necessary

Qualification
HND/BSc in Engineering, Business Administration or Chemical Engineering
