You can see the fetal echo or the "baby" from 5wks with a 4D machine( transabdominal or transvaginal.)

pls most of us experiencing pains or bleeding especially during the the first trimester of your pls it is not a good sign...visit ur hospital/inform ur gynaecologist at once then carryout a scan to know the state of the pregnancy.
