considering i have not had eba for a while, i would. he does the paying. i only pay if i go out to eat alone. wetin you be man for anyway, i live where you pay for your meal now that am tired of rice and its siblings, i wonder what i might eat in nig resturant. unless they got red lobster or a good medit resturants there sha. |

If Eba is the same thing we call FuFu in Liberia then Why R U buying it for your date? Eba is something you make at home,sit on the ground and eat with your hands.When You take your date out,Buy him/her some exotic food not some country dish call EBA!! ~~~I still wont mind eating it though if someone buys it for me. |

eba is not fufu both from casava yes but different meth fufu: peel your cassave, soak in water till ferment maybe 3 days then you seive and cook the fine paste. the cooking meth for fufu is longer than eba. eba is from garri and garri is from casava: peel your cassava, grate and then press water out till dry and then fried special way. the fried dried/coarse form is now called garri use in making eba or soak with your peanut/groundnut for wacking. for eba, just hot water is needed. okay Sean i hope you get my flex explanation? so which do you mean as in Liberia way? no guy would expect his lady to eat eba on a date. maybe the man is a broked ass bricklayer  |

wow!!! really funny we do pound our fufu too. some pple pound theirs some dont. eastern pple pound their cassava fufu. but the way they pound it there is way too funny. so without the other person using his or her hand the fufu won't be smooth?? or why was she using her hand ? imagine if the guy pound her finders too. our fufu is so smooth even without someone using her hand to move it around in the mortar. na wah o |

I personally don't like eba, so I won't bother eating it. I'd eat pounded yam though. What is classified as posh food? I've got friends from all over the world who eat African food when we go out together and use their hands too. Are we that ashamed of our food? |
