Well, with the rte we compress now, the gas only gets to be refilled often and is in pure gaseous form rather than liquid. I'm sure that's your own experience too.

We just constructed one for a poultry farm, its working fine

That's why there's etc. There are so many materials that can be used. Even Maize and Rice Straws. But even when we use those other materials, we still mix fresh cattle dung with it, to fasten the rate of decomposition.

I should have done biogas production in my first degree project but my supervisor letf before u could start it, so I had to be given another topic. I only have theoretical knowledge and will be glad to learn from gurus in d house like jobaye1, baba11,Unitysheart. Might even do renewable energy in my masters program whenever I enrol.

Poultry droppings just has its complications.. Nyako has one in his farm in Adamawa which is working perfetly but when Obasanjo brought it to Ota, it dint work because of too much ammonia. While the one we just did for a farm in Ifo is doing great... but i can always vouch for cow dung, come rain come sunshine, all things being equal, it will produce biogaw.

How dd u collect the biogas n does it last long enof to cook beans? Nna this required complex technogy not what i am seeing. Have u considered health harzard? it may also pose a threat to the ozone layer if contaminants are nt removed.
