I was using a Mainstreet Savings account before. But after Mainstreet and Skye Bank merged, I've been unable to withdraw my N2,000 balance. I contacted Skye's Bank customer service, and they said their minimum operating balance is N2,000 (meaning I can't withdraw the N2,000). Please, I really need advice on how to get my N2000. Is it possible to close down the account? And if yes, will I then be able to withdraw the money? Thanks. |

If actually u wan ur Monet then all u need is to go to the bank and tell them u wan to close ur account, if they ask u why tell them fo personal reason. Though my bank don't charge fo account closure some bank does at least they may charge u like 500. |
