you probably have not been following the news.what happened is there was a joint meeting that was going on somewhere either in Lagos or Abuja in which it was discovered that there were discrepancies from the Ibadan branch and this prompted the investigation of all the 37 branches of Cbn.at the end of day only Ibadan was indicted.
