FORMER Lagos State governor, Babatunde Fashola, and former Ekiti State governor, Kayode Fayemi, are reportedly being considered for the role of the Chief of Staff (CoS) to President Muhammadu Buhari. According to Sahara Reporters, Fashola and Fayemi are being vetted for the coveted position. It would be recalled that Buhari had confirmed only three appointments since assuming office, being his spokesmen and State Chief of Protocol (SCOP). He has, however, sent in names of 15 Special Advisers to the Senate for confirmation on Wednesday June 13, 2015.
