Not really oh! Even in my area here in Lagos, one guy had his tongue chopped off by his cult members for reasons I know nothing about. The only region I can say that is free from cultism is the core north because I schooled there and not once did I hear of any cultism activities.

By the way, before anyone says am a northerner, mind you, am an Igbo guy, born and brought up in Lagos.
