Is it FRSC or VIO that is in charge of issuing driving licence?

If u follow that process u will be frustrated. Just pay ur 17k to the right source and u will be given a shit of paper to fill out ur data. The source will settle all other agencies involved. Within a few days you will be called for capturng and same day u will get ur temporary . Then u will wait for the permanent whenever is out. I ve done for many and is real no fake. No passport required

Step 1: Call Mrs Adju n tell her u wnt a drivers liscence
Step 2: She kals u wen she is bak frm work to get d cash 9k n oda details (no biometrics)
Step 3: You come back in 2 weeks n get ur original licence... nt temporary o...orgi...
No b naija we de...Even VIO de do licence nw

Here are the steps;

Step 1
Go to any road safety office, tell dem u want to do drivers license, they will tell u 11000.

Step 2
Pay the 11000 cash

Step 3
They will get ur data and capture ur picture and biometrics

Step 4
They give u temporary drivers license

Step 5
U wait until God knows wen for the original drivers license
even for first timer

you dont even need all this many epistle.

all you need is pay your license fee confirm their questions that u have a car and can drive also go thru the eye test, thumb printing and u are done

Look at u, naso e easy?

Following these steps n not having/knowing an insider, u go old pass Methuselar..

Go to d licence office, pay them off (range of 13-15k), n get ur original drivers licence in a day!

My 2 cents!!!

Banks cannot deferentiate. U can even us it to board a plane.But when FRSC get ur time one day dey will check ur licence no on there data base and if nt there (fake) u'llb charged to a mobile court & u'll pay 20k as fine!

Have been to their office twice this year and they keep saying there is no network............ so lemme kukuma continu to rock my "fake" D.L
