Doctors in the house, How come HIV virus actually exists/lives inside a human host for average of 10 years before they start giving any symptoms...

Many doctors in America has said that A micro organism that lives in a host for 10 years will become a part of that body n become harmless as well.....
I tend to believe that theory.

Now AIDS is Acquired immune deficiency syndrome ... Now if a human being is malnourished to the extent that their immunity become compromised and stop working, They will die like a AIDS patient.

The real question is --- Why don't they want to tell us the while truth about this illness
