Regarding his ADC, I do not think it would take a lot to convince a president elect to have an ADC accompany them when visiting a country in an unofficial capacity.

Furthermore would you be able to recognise Buhari's ADC if you saw him? I couldn't.

In all the photos, i am sure it is no coincidence that we do not a good picture of the ADC's face, and he is wearing his cap in a way to hide almost half of his face. He may or not be Buhari's ADC and even if it was doesn't mean that he may not be in on the deception.
