agarawu23: so when are they going to ban smoking of tobacco as well because it is also not good for the health of all Nigerians? Is Ogogoro the first on the list of problems plaguing Nigeria at the moment? This is how cluelessness in leadership starts ooooo. 1 Like |

Kirinwa: Do you know the health benefit of ogogoro? Do you know how it added something into the governmwnt pulse and feed lot of people? If you really need to know those in the business, then take a trip down to igbokoda and see for yourself. You know that too much of things is bad. Those that took ogogoro and behave waywardly took lot of quanities which they canr hold. This does not warrant a ban nigga |

Take it or leave it.... ogogoro produced in nigeria is harmless. ... Some Islamists sabotage it and thus make is poisonous.... It has happened in some west African countries where Islam reigns.... Nigeria is not the first FG should as a matter of fact just place a warning on it like they do to ciggerates. .. Just like ogogoro drinkers are liable to die young or some shit like that.. And producers should as a matter of fact keep tabs on their distributors... so no one sabotage their efforts So all those Togo babe's no go dey around again wey dey supply ago and their sweet levels....God no go gree for buhari |

FOLYKAZE:You right you know! Our own "sapele water" does not have chemicals in it. There are lots of things in Nigeria that have been adultrated, that's why my mum prefares to send for real organic palm oil from warri for all her children havin known that some of the ones here have been adultrated with harmful chemicals. |

phyllosilicate:Has Ogogoro done more harm than petrol or fake drugs or adulterated kerosene or fake oil? How many times have they banned cigarette which is more harmful? Anyone talking about banning Ogogoro is just seeking cheap popularity. As have been mentioned above, the medicinal aspects of it far out way the social side. Ask unorthodox medical practitioners. |

Good move. All unregistered and unregulated brewers, distilleries should be included. Especially those name brands fakery. Too many fakes of genuine name brands in the market. Most of them are manufactured under unsanitary conditions, with deadly ethanol and methanol ingredients. 1 Like |

what a stupid law from the authority. This is ridiculous and is one of the reasons this country can never move forward. Look at what too much education is doing to our country. Children turning against parents and regarding them as old schools. Shear stupidity of the greatest order....i just lack words to describe them. |
