Hello...From Vancouver cheesy
Arrived yesterday.
Thank God for safe and smooth journey.
At Immigration, I was asked for the declaration form, POE introduction letter, Letter of Admission and Proof of Enrolment.
Other questions like Is this your first time in Canada, what course are you studying, where do you live in Nigeria, do you visit other West African countries

@habukoh...

Check out the way refund is done in your school; notify them of your delay and ask for refund of the fees you've paid.

You may not get your exact money due to some charges.

@hayqinsbfx I graduated over nine years ago, got my ACA(Ican) in 2009 and finished my MBA this year January. My sponsor is my employer because of new line of business just entered into (energy Trading) currently I work as a project accountant but will switch to Oil trader after the completion of the programme. the course was international business too. no difference.

You already have MBA and your going for PGC. Don't think the VO will see that as an academic progression. A Phd should be more ideal.

if you declared your ACCA and MBA.
The VO probably thought the one year IBM wont necessarily better you as you also have enough experience in the field.
He feels your primarily not motivated in gaining access into canada.

Hi bro. Can you please shed more light on this? If one has a pr sibling in Canada. How can he apply as a pr?
The pr sibling can act as a sponsor due to the fact that he is your relative, and provided he listed you as his relative when he was filling his visa form

just wait till you hear from them. if you seek for refund now without evidence of visa denial, they will charge you an extra fee

Dear All,

I picked up my dispatched passport today and these are the reasons for the delay:

1. Travel History

2. purpose of Visit

3. personal Asset and financial status.

Documents Submitted:
1 all CIC forme

2. agreement of landed property

3. letter of sponsorship from my employer

4. 6month pay slips

5. coy bank statement with over 1 billion turnover with reasonable balance

6. personal bank statement for the last six month with 17m turnover and balance of 2.5m

7. company CAC documents

8. family information e.g Son's birth cert. , consent letter from wife, family photograph

9. SOP (not convincing though)

10. letter from my lawyer addressing the initial points raised in the first delay( length of proposed stay and employment status in addition to the other points raised above)

background Accounting (HND, ACA, MBA)

New course International Business (graduate certificate)

Sch: Seneca College

Please, note that this is the second time I will be delayed, I have paid for first semester school fees. Kindly advice me on what to do Next

The agreement of landed property is it for u or ur sponsor?
When u say Personal statement, were u referring to ur own or ur sponsors?

Hi pals, please someone that reapply got a mail today requesting for his medical and medical form and stamped passport was attached to the mail quoting his UCI number.. The question is how is he going to inform them that he did medical and passed in his first application or they will get it by themselves. His first application is less than 2 month. Thanks

Call up the hospital where he did his medics..They should forward his medical results to CIC.How did he fill his questionaire when asked if he has done a medical exam in the period of 6months?
