You also did not mention your occupation. Are you a rice farmer or you work or live in a swampy area? The reason I'm asking is that if you are taking all those medications and it dries up the wore only for it to come back then it means either you keep re-infecting the leg or you stopped using the drugs immediately you see signs of improvement.

Sometimes you may need to take medications continuously for like 6 months after cure to completely eradicate the root cause from your body. Please kindly see a physician

I am not a dermatologist. The key is that you are getting RE_INFECTED after each treatment. May I suggest that you look into what you eat especially CORN, GROUNDNUTS which are known to have very high levels of Aflatoxins. Aflatoxins are NOT killed or destroyed by high temperatures. If you eat a lot of these stuff perhaps you should consider staying off them after treatment from Fluconazole.
