Four students of the Obafemi Awolowo University - Oduntan Bolanle, Bamigboye Grace, Agbelese Mayowa and Anjorin Samuel have emerged winner of the Chartered Institute Of Management CIMA Global Business Challenge National. Team Galactic, the group name emerged first out of the 97 students that applied from 17 Universities in Nigeria. The group battled with Federal University of Technology Owerri and University of Ilorin in Court of Arbitration Lekki, on Saturday 7th May, 2015 at the national final . The team is billed to represent Nigeria at the Global Final in Warsaw Poland August this year. The Team Leader Oduntan Bolanle, from the department of Electrical and Electronic expressed her gratitude to God for the victory, and thanks team members Grace Bamigboye, from Accounting, Samuel Anjorin and Agbelese Mayowa, both from Electrical and Electronic for their endurance. One of the key stake of the team Bamigboye Grace, when asked how she feels said " Well i'm happy because this is like the first official challenge I will be involved in and by the grace of God galactic will emerge winner in Poland. @Poster They were shortlisted among the top four from 95 teams that submitted entries from 17 universities, not 97 students. |
