those laws are not possible because most of these states are @ the mercy of FG allocations. Eg OSUN STATE

He never had a problem with PDP. PDP runs through his veins and he is on his way back there. He only had problem with Bamanga Tukur and GEJ. Now that both of them are out of the way, he shall in good time return to PDP but he should not underestimate the ambition of David Mark except age and health might have dulled him. Akpabio is also one who he has to be wary of as he is a fox waiting for the right time to spring. Akpabio sees himself as a Vice President someday
