This has always been my fear with elephone its also my issue dey nvr take time to create a flagship,and when it comes in theres already a counter. How then do they think they would make their sales,i wonder if dey arent being advised about market strategy!!! Elephone p7000 was released less dan 2weeks to the public and there already a counter? Is this how they think people lavish money anyhow? Xiaomi can nvr do dis rubbish mi4 of last year is still a flagship,which gives dem alot time to sitdown,calculate arrange and test the next successor.. 6 Likes 1 Share |

P8000 is obviously a move to correct the optimization and technical issues of the P7000, but then, that's what OTA updates are for. I guess, Elephone don't do updates. Sucks! |

Hi, guys, u guys don't know the real story of this elephone product. Through the little research i did, i get to know that elephone isn't just releasing new phone all the time, its actually phones that were revealed at a at a show earlier this year. But due to the glitches and complain as they release each phones to d market, they keep making patches and improvements to the newer ones. Instead of releasing all to the market at once (which they didn't have the capicity to, due to many reason, including man power, capital and demand) , they release to the market, one at a time. One of the changes made is, releasing their source code to developers, (which is 1St of its kind) and many more. This company means business and with p8000, it seems they have finally get it right. I will surely post a review of the p8000 wen i receive mine next week. |

Bratking:After i did some research, i totally agree with u. And from reviews i see, it operate fluently despite the CPU underclocked, even compete favourably with others with higher clocked CPU. They have surely optimize software for this phone. And with the delay in releasing the phone to the market, i understand that that's its to ensure each p8000 is tested, to be fault free. Any p8000 with factory fault will not leave the factory. And OTA isn't an issue anymore, u can even flash custom ROMs like flyme, MIUI, Colour os, and more easily now without knowledge of being a geek. That's wat we call, quality |

princetom1:as they stated somewhere that elephone p8000 is aupdate of the p7000...that's really Secondly p7000 receives too many updates and non actually fixes the existing bug...also elephone as am OEM are useless people... They technically abandoned p7000...if you look properly no online retailers or sellers are advertising for p7000 again .... Also even the p8000 that's coming I've seeing 3 people from ELEPHONE website who pre ordered the p8000 swapping their order for the umi iron... And I think I'll do the same... Elephone isn't a good company.. They are useless people making phonew like as if na bottled water them they create...new phones every week... They even release p8000 source codes to enable devs create better ROMs for p8000 (meaning they aren't even sure whether their stock ROM for p8000 is optimized to the fullest) ....."Who does that  " |

I already booked and paid for this phone. I am really not disturbed with all the negative reports. I will like to feel and handle this phone myself. This was how I read so many negative reports about infinix zero 1 but I still bought it and used it seamlessly for 8 months. Only issue was battery. My Elephone P8000 can come already. |
