Outright dependency on oil has been nigeria's greatest undoing. The quantity of solid minerals in osun state ranging from tourmaline through gold, tanzanite to beirut is enough revenue for the nation let alone the state.

I only wish that buhari's government will invest heavily in d exploration of several solid minerals deposited in large quantities all over the country. Everyone is moving past oil, we should do same.

I told one of my friend on Nairaland sometimes ago that Aregbesola is a good man, he might be having challenges now but, if you know what he has done for us you ll marvel.

Ordinary people of osun will never abuse Aregbe even when salary issue is unbearable, they 'll just say "ha ki aregbe naa bawa wa nkan se si" meaning Aregbe should find a way out but once you notice someone abusing aregbe to be rascal, idot and even score his administration zero, i said that person is either PDP or their benefactee.

It's not all the time we need prayers. God cannot do everything for you. Are we to pray that Aregbe stops looting and pays salaries just like other useless governors owing or are we to pray that God gives them money to pay when we know that if eventually God gives them the money, they will still loot again..
