FBS: It's your ''beef'' that is affecting him there in England. You know, what they call 'home trouble'. His right leg is sensitive to such. Maybe he will give us the winning goal. See? Osazee is sending some good balls in, but the other slow coaches cannot interpret properly and make good use of 'em. |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by FBS: 9:41pm On May 29, 2009 |
Cristalz:nah. . .I got no beef with him. He is a good lad but none of his passes as reached its target so far. fact. |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by Cristalz(f): 9:42pm On May 29, 2009 |
@FBS Yeah, half time smoking is not public. Another favorite of mine, Obinna Nwanneri comes on. Where is our handsome boi. . .Taiye Taiwo? |

Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by FBS: 9:44pm On May 29, 2009 |
Why is Uche not the point man? |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by Cristalz(f): 9:45pm On May 29, 2009 |
Osazee is playing with guys that don't understand his moves, and are not even pacy and driven enough to keep up. What can he do? When your man is racing down the wing full speed ahead to the opposite end, you don't need a prophet to tell you to get in the box and find a sweet position for his cross. Nobody does that when Osazee gets on the ball. otokx:Make that ''most of them are so darn slow!'' FBS:'Cos there is no formation. |

ireland just wasted that chance. both teams are umm dry. |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by Cristalz(f): 9:52pm On May 29, 2009 |
FBS:That was a one-off thing. He was only warming up with that. Seriously if this is how they plan to haphazardly play France, I think Henry will definitely have 3 goals by half time. |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by kokoye(m): 9:53pm On May 29, 2009 |
Really . . do you guys want Ireland to win so you can continue with ur bad mouths in here?? |

who else thinks the olympic boys should be drafted to form the core of super eagles I dont get the point of kalu uche as our major midfield player |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by FBS: 9:55pm On May 29, 2009 |
very poor second half. First half was a million times better. At least before the equalizer by RK. |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by FBS: 9:57pm On May 29, 2009 |
Get the Olympic boys in ASAP. Now that Mikel did not play, I wonder what haterz will say. We dont have a MF at all. Uche should be the point man and not the MF role he assumed today. |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by Cristalz(f): 9:58pm On May 29, 2009 |
kokoye:It's called honesty. Since the Irish equalized, were you impressed with anything from the Nigerians? Honestly? No formation , no game plan, no skillz, no finesse, no pace, poor aerial vision, poor defending. Only Osazee had some good 'ol fighting spirit in there. . .unfortunately he is not a one-man squad. God help them against a gaffer like Domenech. |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by saraj(f): 9:59pm On May 29, 2009 |
How could the best soccer team in the world (Nigeria) draw with that useless B Team!! I am so pissed off. And i can't beleve Ireland were odds on favs to win also!! In fact I still can't believe NIgeria the best team in the world didn't even qualify for the 2006 world cup? |
Re: Nigeria Vs Ireland [1-1]: May 29 2009 by Ibime(m): 10:00pm On May 29, 2009 |
mikeansy: Kalu Uche is the only one with some guile in there. . . . we need more players like him, not Victor Obinna and Osaze them who are not incisive and wasteful with their final pass and cross. . . . Guys like Obasi and the Uche brothers should form the bedrock of our team. . . . All in all, not a bad performance. . . . this was our B team against Ireland's A team. . . . there's no one who played today who I would consider a fully blown regular. . . . I just don't know what Utaka and Olofinjana them are still doing around the squad. . . |
