I guess the first interview with the HR will be the normal interview questions; tell me about, why should we hire you and the likes.

Y is Accenture sending me msg every now and then to join their Accenture talent connection. I applied since April and not heard from them since then. Until recently I saw a regret mail from them, but since then they won't let my mailbox breathe by sending me emails to join their talent connection.
