Simply record the chats, voice calls and gather as much evidence as you can and take them to the police station. But before you proceed, warn him over and over again and if he doesn't desist from the harassment then report him. |

Gather boys and then invite him over and arrest him, take him to a near by river and shut him into the river. But if u can't do that report to the police so that he can be tracked down and got arrestted. You dont need to ignore such an evil-man. |

Don't put your trust in the Police. They will collect bribe from him. Munch his chats and record his calls and warn him. |
