I am in the process of opening a Kids account (0 to 12yrs category) with First Bank and trust the first Bank staff to say all the good things my child may stand to gain from the account.

Fellow NL'er let share thoughts and our experiences so as to guide others who are somewhat not sure on which banks offer to subscribe to.

The idea of setting up children account is a good one. I equally av one running with fidelity bank. It will b better if u can open such account in d same bank where u av ur salary/income account.

[size=13pt]So far my experience with First Bank was ok...I was issued the following

1. Instant gift pack had to wait 2weeks for Diamond bank to give me my other childs gift pack
2. Withdrawal booklet at no fee per withdrawal unlike Diamond that charges you per withdrawal
3. They say freebies would be coming from time to time .

What is fidelity bank offers like[/size]
