Immediately I sent 500 to 8070 I recived a text message "Dear Customer, your 500 MB data bundle has been successful activated. Enjoy it until27/06/2015 18:10.

Unchecking the MB balance the response is that I have no bundle also i tried to connect the internet nothing was going through. How can glo accept her platform for such reap off

guys I don't think this msg came from glo.. cos some others said what they saw was get 1gb for 100n sent by 8070...

change ur apn to gloflat try it again n c if it browse or u call cc to confirm

one of d problems in dis country is d inability of some folks to use dia sense ...u subbed for a plan n it didn't connect neither did it reflect on ur glo data balance ,what do u do?

(A) Run to Nairaland n open a thread screaming murder n fraud

(B) Curse d particular network n wish dem no good

(C) Throw ur sim into a dusty cupboard

(D) Contact dia customer care reps either through a phone call or dia Twitter account (which is d best) for help

I dont really know a text message was sent to me from 8070 to send back 500 to 8070. and thereafter a text was sent back confirming that 500MB has being giving me. And I was required to send PAYU to 127 to activate it.

no u need to learn to be cultured ,u opened a thread calling Glo fraudsters without even rectifying d problem with dia reps ,it's tantamount to sm1 calling u a thief when he couldn't find d stuff he borrowed u which u had returned instead of calling u to find out if u indeed returned it

Glo Attorney General and Minister of Justice. Did glo bother to tell customer that the APN is glosecure, did they bother to inform people you need to send PAYU to 127, all they are after is the money and you are here defending them.

I'm not defending dem ,hell I will smite dem if need be but dis ur problem doesn't require accusations or even opening a thread ,it's simple ,u subbed for a plan n couldn't check d balance ,u contact d customer care rep to solve ur problem, d APN is either flat or secure n if u didn't hv knowledge of it why didn't u contact d customer care reps? ... when u hv a headache do u curse ur head or do u take panadol for d headache?

Have you tried calling glo, mtn airtel, and etisalat customer care before. How long does it take for them to give you a live customer care representative.

dats why de hv a Twitter account for dia customer care reps (all d networks in Nigeria hv one) for easier n quick response to ur problems ,I personally don't call anymore ,I just visit dia Twitter page, lay down my problems n it gets solved
