loverBwoy chelsea were also fingered in the programme alledgedly trying to tap-up a young english player in m"boro. their cheif scout arnsene was caught on camera offering money to an agent without approaching the players club first which is what the rulebook says.

chelsea says on its website it has done nothing wrong.

however this is being investigated by the fa, and if found guilty the premiership champions faces being docked 3 points [which is a suspended punishment placed on them following the failed taping up of a.cole]. with fierce competition from their title contenders this season, 3 points lost might be a severe blow for the 'roman army'
