Important Advice For Existing Yahclick Subscribers by chuzimgaius(f): 10:48am On Jun 22, 2015
The recent YahClick decision to migrate every user to the more efficient and faster bandwidth plans may have rattled you, especially with the reduction in monthly download limit, increase on subscription fee and the introduction of upload bandwidth cap. Below is a few tip on how you can overcome the present challenges thrown up by the New YahClick Plan migration:

CHALLENGE 1 – Data Runs Out too fast
It is important to note that this challenge first of all can be peculiar to your usage. If assigned data runs out too fast for you, it is quite possible that you are subscribed to a plan much lower than your actual need. You may need to call the YahClick Client Advisory (08183359954) to review and advise you on the best possible plan for your need.
Alternative solutions include:
- Deploy Cyberoam to manage your bandwidth consumption, protect your network and monitor usage. Call Cyberoam Support (08122251555) for advise
- If your Data consumption plan is beyond what YahClick can presently handle, I recommend you consider migrating to Fibre Optics or Ku-Band (if you are located in a remote area). You might be able to get a free migration deal from FibreNet (08051780070, 09098808616)

CHALLENGE 2 – High Monthly Subscription Fees
Even with the new rates, YahClick still remains the lowest priced VSAT service available in Nigeria. Thus for its reliability and speed (now that 72 hourly FAP has been eliminated), YahClick still remains the best priced remote internet connectivity solution, consider downgrading to a plan within your budget. You can also check out some lower priced options that might be available in your locality. Call FibreNet Client Advisory (08060002562) for options available in your locality.

CHALLENGE 3 – Insufficient Monthly Download Limit
This is probably the easiest challenge to resolve. If the download limit you are advised to migrate to is less than your actual need, simply ask to upgrade, but if your need would exceed 100GB per month, then you may need to contact FibreNet Client Advisory (08060002562), those located in remote areas may have to consider Ku-Band options or using Cyberoam (08122251555) to manage their usage patterns – this could prove more cost effective.

CHALLENGE 4 – Upload Speed is Quite Low
This is a common challenge to all VSAT solutions, most may not be able to support your need beyond 1.5Mbps. If you have a higher uplink speed than YahClick would support. I would recommend contacting FibreNet Advisory (08060002562) or straight way request for Fibre Optic Migration deal (08051780070, 09098808616).

These recommendations quite address one or more of the issues you might be facing with your current YahClick service. Should you have further enquiry, please contact: info@yahclick.net.ng

Thank you for choosing YahClick as your preferred VSAT Broadband Solution.
