lol I saw a sign, 'CARS ARE PARKED AT OWNER'S RISK' and parked just by the side of the sign was a white volvo with all its tyres deflated! Lesson: Take Naija signs seriously!!! Another sign i saw said 'DO NOT URINATE HERE' and sure enough I spotted some wise-ass stooping near the sign to do a No.2 Lesson: Naija has a way around everything |
