FRSC Official Rapes Four-year-old Girl In Lagos. By Valentine Amanze, Lagos An official of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), who resides at Ejigbo in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area, Lagos State (names withheld), has allegedly raped a four-year-old girl. The middle-aged man is said to have committed the offence in the morning of Wednesday June 24, 2015. The suspect, who is married and has only a baby boy, lives in the same compound with the parents of his victim.
