I predicted that Saraki, lesser so Dogara, would not know peace till they vacate their offices and its coming to pass.
Saraki is losing supporters by d day because even those who supported him initially are now coming to see that his is one man's unbridled ambition for power.
Saraki and Dogara can continue postponing the day of reckoning but it shall surely come.
There is no place in the world a man wins a mandate on a party's platform, based on the party's ideals and mantra and then goes against the party, running as an independent for an office that belongs to his party by its sheer majority.
APC would not stand it,those of us that voted for change won't stand it.
Apc as a party can't change anything change is made by an individual, you should be happy saraki wants to put a stop to the tradition whereby a man will sit in his room and decide who will be this or that against the people's wish. If you don't see this as change I wonder what your definition of change is.

Cry me lagoon, Nigeria belongs to everyone not your paymaster.

What is really wrong with what saraki did opting for Zoning so that the offices will be equally shared … smh.

To hell with your jagabandit
soe:
There are better ways to handle this matter than APC is doing. I mean, it is 100% clear to even a daft person! that Saraki, Dogara and their team are not APC members...push them out the way you are doing and PDP will become the Majority In the National Assembly.

That's why I miss OBJ.

OBJ will sit down quietly and write down the names of his silent enemies...no noise o.
OBJ will not disagree with him in public o.
OBJ will not even interfere in their matter o.
OBj will calculate all their moves from start to finish line.
OBJ will even give them food and juice to be comfortable...if you know what I mean...

Just one last card, land him a juicy mango...send all sort of corruption his way....Kai....nab him like hell...but cry with him.....

I swear, you will win both his friends and enemies...leaving him useless at the end...

APC needs a strategist...not this ones I am seeing here...who is Saraki...we all know what can finish Saraki...give it to him na

Saraki, in rebellion to APC again, trying desperately to sustain PDP's impUnity in the NASS by granting sensitive positions to questionable characters, nominating his candidate the same Ndume who's still on bail as one of the Boko Haram sponsors. I think Saraki is crossing his limits, it is time APC deals with him decisively. Why is PMB still silent on this, or is the president telling us he is incapable of caging rowdy over ambitious Saraki and co on a mission to undermine and ridicule his government? Honestly, we the voters are getting angry and impatient with all these nonsense going on, seeing our efforts in voting for change being dragged to the mud by few selfish unpatriotic lawless so-called legislators. No any politician got elected in isolation, they are all under a party and party's wishes must be respected.
go and learn how to blackmail.

The ones you address as people of questionable character, how did they win elections and on whose platform.

What do you call party's wish?? abi tinubu's wish. Keep licking asses.

Saraki is doing the right thing ensuring that the positions are equally shared among the zones

Nigeria belongs to everybody and nobody not one man living in Ikoyi

Another condemnation coming from APC. Is APC the ruling or opposition party sef?

By allowing the senators to make the choice on who and who becomes their principal officers, Saraki is democratically in order.

So APC should continue crying me an ocean for all I care. Nonsense undecided

Beats my imagination

Ruling And opposing! Epic!

"APC = All Progressive Consequence" - Muhammadu Buhari

You voted for Buhari, you voted for Saraki, you voted for Ali Ndume. They were all your candidates. Since they got to the Senate by your vote, PDP will help you preserve them for as long as they wish. Do NOT cry yet. Keep your handkerchief yet. Soon you will need them!!! By the time they serve Buhari impeachment notice you will realise that this is really trouble. If they impeach Buhari and Osinbajo, the coast will become clear for President Saraki. He needs just 12 senators to do the job. Already reaching out to some Governors. Saraki is already on his way to the Presidency. If APC messes up, PDP and nPDP will take over Nigeria. It is called "Coup d'etat".

Very very intelligent analysis. I am saving this. I foresee this happening soonest, as Saraki has shown himself as someone so desperate for power and the presidency. If saraki serves Buhari impeachment notice then the General would know what has befell him, that is if he isnt in support of all this fracas. But if he were silently in support, then that will be his greatest undoing as this same man would come back and stab him.

The APC now also understand the meaning of KARMA and rebellion, rememer Tambuwal and Amaechi?

My suggestion for APC stalwarts is- ignore him for now, win over saraki supporters, and then strike at the right time.
Re: APC Insists On Its Original List Of NASS Leaders by Olaone1: 3:47pm On Jun 26, 2015
I don't know why APC "leaders" are complaining. When Tambuwal was a thorn in the flesh of PDP leaders, they hailed him and encouraged him. When Amaechi openly disrespected GEJ and his party, Tinubu and co called him a patriot. Why are they now whingeing like ninnies? Why?!

Saraki and Dogara have done nothing wrong, to be honest. Why should NASS allow Tinubu, an outsider, to choose its leadership? Let's be fair here. It is power play and Tinubu lost out. Chikena.

Abeg, help me tell them!!! wink cool

I have been shaking my head trying to find out if the rabid authors of the so-called APC letter written to Saraki, took time out to study our constitution or the house rules.

Where is it written that a party's letter is supreme to the Constitution or the extant house rules?? shocked shocked shocked

Why do some people keep arguing blindly?

Some jesters keep chanting the "party has decided", "Saraki betrayed the party," or "the party's decision is supreme." sad

Who exactly are these members of the party that decided, then sat down to draft a letter to NASS to impose candidates on the house, when most of the house members within the Senate and House of Reps had already formed caucuses and alliances, to elect their own leaders??

Who are these clueless APC letter writers for goodness sake Who??

Your last line changed everything in my opinion.
You made it sound as if he is not making the right moves... He is doing exactly what I will do... I don't like him personally but if you see a good strategist you acknowledge him.

By the way,

He is not backed against the wall and he didn't show his hands early-he tumbled the game.

In the end, it remains our individual opinion. I would have loved a full senate chamber when he contested but that's just me and we are but different people.

Saraki will soon realize dat his victory is a pyrrhic one. PMB is a General & a wise man who has fought many battles & surely Saraki who has demonstrated to all, politicians & non-politicians alike dat he can not be trusted will be easily neutralized. Few will shed a tear 4 d con-man.
...And ds is Y I pity pple like in politics...I can tell u with full confidence dt PMB and other Northern leaders of APC knw abt d game Saraki and dogara are playing....Saraki did not deserve d seat neither did dogara...But Saraki won d seat coz PDP wanted to put TINUBU to shame...and Dogara won not bcoz they also wanted to put TINUBU to shame but also to pay dt useless GBAJA back in own coins...dts exactly wat he did to Mulikat Adeola dt PDP endorsed as d speaker then...but he nominated Tambuwal and dts where it started...Nofin will happen to Saraki...I can bet u
