The ever glowing 2nd mum-to-be, Kim Kardashian has revealed that she has gained 15lbs so far as a result of her growing pregnancy as she reunited with hubby, Kanye in London for a Mayfair dinner.


The reality star showed off her curves in a knee length pencil skirt and pulled in her waistline with a thick belt to highlight her assets as she made her way into Hakkasan.

Both stars were in France this week, but on different sides of the country, as Kim was in Cannes, while Kanye was in Paris.
