@Spacevice: The problem with Sirus4 and W3A other than getting a working frequency is the ELEVATION. It is highly probable that you pole is not letting you get the required elevation. Try bending the pole to allow you get a higher elevation. |

@richy100, borderline is right. BVN is on sirius 4 african beam. You have asked this same question several times already and I think it's high time you swing into action and get things done. In FTA, nothing is achieved by mere clicking and typing. You can only make progress if you commit the information you receive into practice.

Re: Official Thread of Free-to- Air Satellite TV [part 3] by Nobody: 9:18am On Sep 21, 2009 |
@ borderline, implementing that will affect the aim of the forum i.e, public disemination of info. And to those who are afraid of posting feed freqs, no one can hold u against that. Go ahead in posting them all. |
Re: Official Thread of Free-to- Air Satellite TV [part 3] by olason(m): 9:35am On Sep 21, 2009 |
Enitan, posting of sport feeds ie soccer should neva be allowed on this forum. most of the feeds u see on lynsat and d rest don't work. what we it take u 2 do a blind scan and get them. Abeg lets not take things for granted. In d past seasons we have made a rule not to post live sport feeds here so let it remain that way. |

Re: Official Thread of Free-to- Air Satellite TV [part 3] by williams85(m): 10:50am On Sep 21, 2009 |
@olason, u seems you don't understand the situation here. Those requesting 4 the feeds don't hav blind scan in there decoders. And they needed it badly. So what do you think will be the solution? @ house |
Re: Official Thread of Free-to- Air Satellite TV [part 3] by litaninja(m): 11:03am On Sep 21, 2009 |
@All: The issue of the feeds can be looked at from a number of perspectives. But the down low remains that, it is a good idea for the feeds NOT to be openly displayed, so they dont get switched or encrypted or whatever. Also the aim of the forum is OPEN exchange of information and ideas, therefore PMs would be against that objective. The simple solution is to go the way the house has been going from seasons past. Just post a request along with your email / IM ID or even phone number so it can be sent to you. Quite simple. @ Emeritus153, Teeguy, Grafikii: Like i already told you before, I am NOT at home now, so i dont have access to my receiver and the feed freqs, but just hold on or post like a page later for the feeds again and include your email. SOMEONE will send them to you, i have faith in this forum. @ captainus: Baba, abeg you get those feeds freqs? Please help these guys out by sending to them by email o. Yels, tanx a bunch. I just hope say una no be viewing centre guys sha!!! , if you are, i will request the powers that be to send killer patch for una receiver OTA. Happy Celebrations everybody!!! |

@all, Anyone still wondering why the yellow guys are blocking all the IP for yf should read this - I found out last week that almost every bookshop in Lagos and even the roadside hawkers sell a complete manual on how to configure ftb on MTN and Zain network with all their ip. Its very possible that the yellow guys got the tip which resulted in outright blockage of all the working ip on their network. If not why is it that our neighbouring countries yellow ip are still working. |
