Will somebody please rescue me. I have this IMATE JASJAR phone and I am connected to Zain. I have been trying to access the internet facilities with Zain but with no success despite configuring the phone through 'dmc.ng.zain.com' I keep getting this error message "Cannot connect for an unknown reason. To check your connection settings and change them if needed, tap Settings. If the problem continues, reset your mobile device according to your manufacturer's documentation and try again" I have tried the above over and over again with no success. Please note that I am able to browse using the device at hotspots and whenever it is synchronised to my laptop. Thanks. Bosunojay
