I have an automatic voltage regulator of 1000VA with the input 100-280V and output of 220V but when nepa brings light, the readings on the input and output is usually below 50 which is due to bad transformer in the area, would upgrading to a 5000watt stabilizer work for me in this area?

Both the 1000 and 5000va would output 220V.
You need a stabilizer with input 50-280v instead of 100-280v

Go for a transformer with wide input voltage, like 50v to 280v like you were advised earlier

it involves you splitting the 72 cells into two,then connecting them in parallel to achieve the result, you will need a multimeter, a soldering iron, 6mm cables(like 4m) to connect the ends you disconnected. You can go through my posts, I uploaded the pictures a while back

Good, iv been looking for this post for a long time. Pls how do you scrape the epoxy to reach the connectors inside the panel?
