Am just looking at this again and noticed you wrote 100wh capacity, that's roughly a 10ah battery not 100ah as you earlier stated.
That being out of the way, since you don't want to share a pix of the battery pack, I'll advise 3 options for you:-
* Get a 12v 10a motorcycle battery charger from Jumia or Konga, make sure it can do cycle charge of 14.8v.
* Get a 15v 5a laptop adaptor, you can ask those seller laptop chargers.
* Order a 15v 5a - 10a AC to DC power supply from AliExpress.

Laptop adaptor stops charging at 15v, while the AC to DC power supply stops charging at the set value as u can adjust it to specification...
