A very fatal accident occured along isherri-igando road at about 10pm yesterday night leaving one person dead and one other person in critical condition,and was immediately rushed to igando general hospital. See pics after the cut.

A similar incident happened the previous day, where a 300L student of lagos state university was crushed into pieces. The student was said to be 4months pregnant according to an eye-witness. The incident was said to have been caused by a run-away cow from 'odo-eran' in the area. Meanwhile, LASU students staged a protest yesterday thereby blocking the isherri-igando road for hours,it took the intervention of the nigeria police to calm the situation. LASU students has demanded #11m from the butchers association in the market.
