Marketer – Location Lagos/Travel required sometimes
This role will fit a young person with the ability to self-motivate as well as identify and grow new and existing leads and business channels for the business. The right candidate does not need to be from a technology background but needs to have personal interest in technology products and services.

This role will require someone with excellent writing skills and an ability to communicate effectively as frequent communication with clients as well as report writing is a major part of the role. The candidate will be expected to be able to research new international and local clients, identify leads with these companies and use existing company product sources and with tech support to spec and sell solutions to these clients. The right candidate will also be expected to drive the registration of the company as vendors with clients and all the processes involved in that. Familiarity with web or graphic design will be huge plus. Any exposure to the maritime or shipping industry will also be an advantage. Commitment to constantly improving the standards of work and processes within the company will also be very important.

Additional skills the company is looking to introduce to its Marketing/Project Management team are:

* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel suites
* Proficiency in the use of any web design or graphic design tool
* Familiarity with online project management tools –useful but can be taught to the right candidate
* Exposure to contracts or ability to read legal documents
* Proficiency in the use of professional social media
* BA/B.Sc/HND

Support Technician/Engineer– Base Lagos/Regular travel
This role will fit someone with strong understanding of electromechanical systems (motors, encoders) as well as some understanding of electronics and wireless/satellite communication. We will be interested in receiving applications from candidates that have performed very well in technical colleges. Some of the skills the company is looking to introduce to its technical team are:

* Strong theoretical understanding and practical experience of electromechanical systems – any experience working with electric motors, encoders and hydraulic systems will be an advantage
* Excellent communication skills – written and oral
* IT skills - Networking
* Navigation systems – working with NMEA strings, gyros
* Experience with RF test equipment
* Satellite communication systems installation/troubleshooting
* Microsoft word processing suites
* Familiarity with Cisco Routers or any Cisco education
* Familiarity with command line coding or any programming language
* Most importantly, attention to detail and commitment to performing a very high standard of work
* OND/HND, B.Sc/B.Eng

This role will require someone with excellent writing skills and an ability to communicate effectively as report writing and frequent communication with clients is major part of the role. The role requires extensive travel and technicians are expected to be very mobile and so will suit someone with less commitment to one location. The candidate will be able to work alone and have the right attitude for mentoring technicians that will join the team.
