I remember a lady, she went to the second wife's house because the husband refuse to give the children money to buy food for the night and the woman did not have any money on her. She met the husband there and started fighting and broke their home properties. Is this right? |

Why would a man go into something he knows he's not capable of handling? You married two wives, in order to be seen as a rich guy/big man. Now the burden is twice as expected. He shouldn't give any complain about how difficult shouldering the needs of the family is. You should be ready to face the consequences of your actions. I wonder why people even like venturing into polygamy. Probably to beget many children (for specific purposes). But times have changed. We are no longer in the olden days were men are advised to marry many wifes who would produce many children, which would in turn be a great helping hand for farm work. Things have changed. Its advisable to adapt with time. |
