A close look at the printed information indicates that the drug has a price tag of Rs. 11.30. This is in Rupees.

My takes are:
i. OP and co did not get drug from Lagos. This information may have obtained from any internet page relayed as Nigerian store.
ii. OP and sources cleverly removed the manufacturers information to FOOL the gullible Nigerians and as expected many fell for it.
iii. The drug has NO NAFDAC number. No drug (even fake) that is sold in Nigeria is sold without NAFDAC #.

OP, please share the name of the anti-biotic and the manufacturers.

Lalasticlala, this information is false and misleading. The said medication has got a price tag of Rs11.30 (Indian Rupees) printed on it.
