The official website of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) in Nigeria http://www.nhis.gov.ng/ has been hacked as at this morning by the so called 'Turkish Cyber Army'.. Wondering why many of the official Nigerian Government owned and regulated sites are easy targets for hackers who seem to succeed many times. See picture below:
