Governor Nasir El-rufai, has described his ascension to the Government House in Kaduna State as more or less a fluke. The Governor delivered a lecture titled “Creating an Enabling Environment for Entrepreneurs” at the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme, TEEP, Boot camp held at Covenant University, Ota, and stressed that his political history could simply be described as just a series of fortunate events. ''I would not call myself an entrepreneur; I am just a series of accidents.''. I am the Governor of the 3rd largest State in Nigeria with some 8million people, 3 quarters of which are young people below the ages of 40 and 80 percent of which are unemployed,” he said.
