I have loaded over 5000 naira within 24 hours. I woke up today with 0.00. Though I used 1500 to subscribe for data ( which seem not to be working unless I have credit units on my phone) the last one that drove me crazy, was my credit was 400 naira a few hours ago ( I didn't make any calls and I don't subscribe to those offers), and I tried to make a call and it won't go through only to check my credit and it's 0.00 MTN is stealing my credit! Who do I report this to? I have suffered within the last 24 hours. I tried calling 180 and they won't pick even after telling me someone will speak to me after 1 minute ( I waited for more than 15 minutes and nothing) Do I sue them? ( at least they succeeded in driving me crazy) Do I report to NCC? I hope they will do something about it. |
